Description (partial)

Symptom:
Symptoms: After Fresh Installation of CUCM, the GUI is not accessible because of DB error.

Conditions:
Condition:
1)Perform Fresh Installation of CUCM.
2)Access the CCMAdmin page..Database Communication Error is seen at the top left corner of the Login Page.

The issue is attributed to 
Hosts file - etc/hosts dos not have IP/Hostname and due to this database fails to initialize.

[root@nw043b-vcmb1 etc]# more hosts
 #This file was generated by the /etc/hosts cluster manager.
 #It is automatically updated as nodes are added, changed, removed from the cluster.

127.0.0.1 localhost
 ::1 localhost

If this file is not updated with the correct value,its a platform issue.
 Database does not touch this file.
