Description (partial)

AAL5 traffic from an MGX to a CRS stops for periods of time on the CRS SPA-3XOC3-ATM-V2 SIP-800. During these periods F5 OAM traffic on the VC has no disruptions.
Customer traffic greater than 40 bytes (AAL5 traffic in more than one cell) is incorrectly flagged as exceeding the MTU.

Traffic from an MGX 8250 ATM switch connected to an ATM SPA on the CRS with a VC (PVC) configured with AAL5 for L3 connection.
