Symptom: "Problems logging in link" is not resetting the password Conditions: Steps To Re-create: ---- 1. Click on "Problems logging in link" from login screen 2. Enter current password and new password 3. Click on save button. Issue1: Always password should be in an encrypted format. 4. Now try to login with new password Issue2: Once the password is reset, user should be able to login with the new password.
