Symptom: Customer is having issues with no ringback on SIP calls after being transferred through a queue. This appears to be an Annunciator/media issue. The problem was reproducible prior to restarting IPVMS. After we restarted IPVMS on all servers everything appears to be working properly. Conditions: Normal Use.
