Description (partial)

Symptom:
When user gets an incoming call from others, remote party's phone type may displays as "Unknown" instead of "Work".

Conditions:
Pr-condition:
Remote user's work number is ABCDXXXX in profile, but translate to DEFGXXXX according to dial rule inside company.

Steps:
1.User gets an incoming call from remote user;
2. End the call and check recents.

Actual result:
1. Phone type of the call displays as "unknown" in recents, instead of "Work".
