Known Affected Releases

9.1(1.21032.1) 9.1(1.98000.47)

Description (partial)

A SIP phone attempts to park a call using directed call park by pressing transfer and dialing the directed call park number. After pressing transfer a second time to complete parking the call, both calls remain on the display in a held state (hold icon).

This issue occurs when the phone parking the call is SIP and multicast MoH is allocated during the park feature invocation.

The Cisco CallManager traces when set to detailed show that there is 1 audio M line in the SDP.

Then the number of audio M lines becomes 0 causing the call park operation to fail.
