Symptom: Graphs are showing CPU values twice what they should be. The Cisco KPI guide is incorrect so PPM implemented incorrect. Formula in the CiscoAS KPI guide for following KPI is incorrect: StarOS KPI CPU Load Busy Percentage Formula is: <Column name="gencpu0cpuBusyKPI">cpu0cpuBusy+cpu1cpuBusy</Column> It should be: <Column name="gencpu0cpuBusyKPI">(cpu0cpuBusy+cpu1cpuBusy)/2</Column> This was an error in the KPI documentation and PPM implemented it that way. Conditions: Normal usage.
