Description (partial)

Symptom:
Made job modifications (time window changes) to Oracle DB adapter jobs after upgrading from 5.3.1 to 6.1. Now jobs fail with "Error Occurred". Jobs ran fine after upgrade until modifications were made.

Conditions:
Oracle DB adapter job using PL/SQL that had multiple strings with colons are failing. The jobs did not require parameters to have values in 5.3.1. Once the job was modified in 6.1, the jobs picked up the 6.1 XML format. Now these strings with colons are considered variables. The jobs are now failing to run.
