Description (partial)

Anyconnect vpn connection hangs with message awaiting user input but the GUI prompt for username password does not show up to enter the credentials.  We just see  alert awaiting user input with no username password boxes to enter any credentials.

Anyconnect 3.1 MR4
Using DFS file share that maps network drives on corporate network.  Close the laptop lid putting into suspend mode and moving to untrusted network and attempt to connect using AnyConnect VPN.

Lost user Prompt for Anyconnect 3.1.05187 Secure mobility client
Hello,   This is my first time posting here and I wondered if someonee can shed some light on this odd issue. Recently it seems that when I attempt to log onto a VPN through Anyconnect that I am getting a entrust login request but not getting a request for a username and password, or rather the Anyconnect client requests a username and password but is not providing any prompt to input this information. For the life of me I cannot figure out why the prompt will not pop-up.
