Description (partial)

Symptom:
When a user's password expires on the WebEx server and they try to log onto Cisco Jabber for windows, they get an error that says the following: "Your account has expired.  Please contact your administrator".  
This is an incorrect message and does not indicate that it's the password which has expired, nor does it assist the user to change their password.

Conditions:
A user's password expires on the WebEx server and they try to log onto Cisco Jabber for windows.
