Symptom:
Sub-int dot1q, dot1ad, qinq protocols are down

Conditions:
The communication on l2pvn and vlan_ma on different was broken because node down event

hi, all:   i was wondering if you could help out. I'm having a problem where i have an interface in up/up state, but when i configure an l2transport subinterface it doesn't come up/up.
