Description (partial)

Symptom:
The bug I see is that pim/pim6 do not go to ?6? but stay at their previous values when the ?logging level all 6? command is issued. This is a minor bug.

B16u1-DC1-Agg1-vdc1(config)# logging level all 6

Then via ?show logging?:

Facility Default Severity Current Session Severity
-------- ---------------- ------------------------
pim 5 7
pim6 5 5

Conditions:
B16u1-DC1-Agg1-vdc1(config)# no logging logfile
B16u1-DC1-Agg1-vdc1(config)# clear logging logfile
B16u1-DC1-Agg1-vdc1(config)# logging logfile log 7 size 2000000
B16u1-DC1-Agg1-vdc1(config)# logging level all 6
B16u1-DC1-Agg1-vdc1(config)# logging level sysmgr 1
B16u1-DC1-Agg1-vdc1(config)# clear logging logfile
