Symptom: When importing a settings archive taken using a Safari Browser, the import fails with the message: Problem: Submission failure. Conditions: Settings Export has been done using the Safari Browser (Mac). Because the settings backup file is a compressed archive it is uncompressed automatically after download, causing an import of this file to be invalid.
