Description (partial)

Symptom:
If I define two CLI templates including variables and combine them into one composite then when i come to deploy the composite I can only update the values in one of the member templates. I select the first template in the Feature window and it lets me update the variables and press Apply. When I select the second template in the Feature window the Apply button is grayed out. When I view the composite in the CLI window the variables in the first template are set correctly, the variables in the second template are set to their defaults and I can not change them

Conditions:
Using composite template, containing multiple member templates, in PI 1.3
