Description (partial)

Supervisor has no team in UI,SM fails. need  Cisco Unified CCX Notification Service restart to recover

1.      Fresh Install UCCX
2.      Activate finesse.
3.      Configure Team (name: AUTO_TEAM, agents : uccxautoagent1, uccxautoagent2, uccxautosup1)
4.      Configure Supervisor for the team (Supervisor ID: uccxautosup1)
5.      Agent uccxautoagent1 logged in with extension 6001 and move to  READY state (through API)
6.      Supervisor uccxautosup1 logged in with extension 6003 (through API)
7.      Agent received an ICD call and answered the call and Moved to TALKING state. (through API)
8.      Supervisor (extn 6003) tried Silent monitoring on agent (extn:6001). (through API)

from UI when Supervisor is logged in, he does not see any team in the UI and hence all supervisor actions can not be performed including SM on the team members.
