Description (partial)

Symptom:
Using an EHWIC-4ESG-P card configured with two IPv6 DHCP servers, a PC connected to a port on the native VLAN does not receive a DNS server address via DHCP, whereas this functionality does work correctly on all other VLANs.

Conditions:
Issue found in ISR G1 running 15.2(4)M4 code where hosts are connected using an EHWIC-4ESG-P card.  A PC connected to a port on the native VLAN does not receive a DNS server address via DHCP.
