Description (partial)

CUIC will run out of memory due to the unlimited size set for the secondary level cache due to a large amount of unused report filters.

Run multiple CUIC reports resulting in a large number of filters being created in CUIC to run those reports. Do not run those reports resulting in the filters being unused.
CUIC purge action will delete the filters form the DB periodically, but they will still remain in the OS cache

Hi, I have this issue where Cisco UCCX 10.6 when running CUIC report CPU goes more that 90% We have mentioned UCCX HA server in datasource config in CUIC still UCCX primary shots to 90% during day time when calls are running I know we can push to upgrade to 11 where we can have standalone CUIC server but if any pointers will help
