Description (partial)

Symptom:
It's been seen where workstations have Exchange System Tools installed as well as Outlook and there begins to be an issue with VMO unable to initialize the user profile - indicating that the profile already exists (when it doesn't from a VMO perspective).  This was found due to System Tools conflicting with the underlying MAPI communication with Outlook.

Microsoft documents that having both System Tools and Outlook installed isn't supported:

We should make a note in our VMO documentation that Exchange System Tools cannot be installed or VMO will not function properly.
