Description (partial)

Once the router is rebooted, IOS creates a Self-signed certificate  [TP-self-signed-xxxxxxxxxx] and attaches it to Webvpn gateway, clearing the old valid 'ssl trustpoint' statement.

Router acting as SSLVPN Server:
- Here a valid identity certificate from a 3rd party CA is installed on the Router
- This Identity Certificate Trustpoint is attached to webvpn gateway.
