Description (partial)

Symptom:
CUCI-Lync 8.5 does not handle apostrophe (') in usernames.  Users cannot control any software or desk phone device.

Conditions:
When the user ID contains an Apostrophe (') character, CUCI-Lync generates the following event in the log, indicating it could not build and send the CCMCIP query to get the device list from CUCM.
