Description (partial)

Symptom:
When checking the subscriber session detailed for a subscriber for which the PC has been removed from the network, it appears there is still "Out" traffic being send.
"Out" traffic is normally considered traffic send from the subscriber to the Internet. Since the PC is removed, no traffic can be send anymore but the counter still increases.
The direct problem is that the session idle timer never kicks in as it is being reset due to the detected traffic.

Conditions:
Idle timer is being configured for a session and the subscriber is removed from the network
