Description (partial)

Symptom:
On stopping a capture point that is currently running, a crash will be observed on "monitor capture <capture point name> stop". This has been observed on IOS-XE based platforms.

Conditions:
This symptom occurs when the following conditions are met:

1. capture is started with ipv4/ipv6/mac filter (using match keyword)
2. capture is stopped and modified to use different filter
3. capture is started again
