Symptom:
When using Identity Policies with AD and  Basic Authentication end user needs to provide username in the following format: "username@domain" Example: Administrator@test-cisco.com.

When using Identity Policies with AD and  NTLM Authentication end user needs to provide username in the following format:  "username" or "username@domain'" or "domain\username".

Conditions:
Identity Policies with AD and Basic Authentication
