Description (partial)

Symptom:
Conference Manager Event log doesn't show when users join or leave meetings. These events are stated to be viewable with Conference Manager

Conditions:
- MP8.5.5.29 WebEx integration.
- MP8.5.5.31 Audio Only

Steps to reproduce:
- Open Conference Manager.
- Dial into MeetingPlace & start a meeting using user profile & PIN.
- Select the meeting and go to the Monitor Meeting Page & click the Event Log tab.
- Have another user call in & enter the meeting, nothing is recorded in the event log.
- One participant mutes and un-mutes themselves (#5) these are recorded in the event log.
