Description (partial)

Symptom:
AK47 fibers build up over time when sitting in a blocking sal read call.

Conditions:
Clientless connection to a backend service that goes astray, gets out of sync with the backend service, can end up abandoned even after the clientside has closed the connection and the webvpn session is deleted. TCP keep alives will keep the backend connection open and the fiber will sit trying to read until the server closes the connection.
