Description (partial)

Symptom:
All interfaces are going into a fault status and the following syslog messages are observed:

USD:mtc_usd_isr_mb_grp1_mac_parity_hdlr:535: PARITY dev_inst: 0 init_src_id:3848(MTC_MB_MAC_TBL_RAM_DLEFT_RPM18_PERR_INTR_3), SW entry: 
index = 7, vld 0, mac 0x000000000000, vlan 0, port 0, flags 0 - mtc_usd

Conditions:
The log messages are an indication of a MAC parity error, which causes the software to report all ports as faulty.
