Description (partial)

Symptom:
On rare occasions the C60 is unable to decode all of the packets from a CTS endpoint in a point to point call.
Issue seen on CTS version 1.9.2. and 1.9.5
TC 5.1.2, 5.1.5, and 6.2.0

Video smearing, choppiness and pixalization is seen on the video stream from the CTS endpoint.

The C60 logs show decoding errors and packet loss. This issue occurs with no packet loss and low jitter and latency values. The C60 will report high packet loss on both the audio and video streams when issuing xstatus //diag

Conditions:
Point to point call between C60 and CTS immersive endpoints.
