Description (partial)

Symptom:
Network Device Session status report fails for a switch with message "SNMP information is not configured for this device in ISE" while both ISE and switch are configured with the correct SNMP parameters.
In the wireshark trace it can be seen that ISE is sending "SNMPNotDefinedForThisDevice" as the community string instead of the actual community string.

Conditions:
Run Network Device Session Status report on ISE from Operations > Reports > ISE Reports > Deployment Status > Network Device Session Status
