Symptom: In nexus 3000, the statistics reported by "show queuing interface ethernet x/y" are misleading: 3548# sh queuing interface e1/41 Ethernet1/41 queuing information: TX Queuing qos-group sched-type oper-bandwidth 0 WRR 100 RX Queuing Multicast statistics: Mcast pkts dropped : 81064265 Unicast statistics: qos-group 0 HW MTU: 1500 (1500 configured) drop-type: drop, xon: 0, xoff: 0 Statistics: Ucast pkts dropped : 0 The above-reported "... pkts dropped" implies the traffic is dropped in the RX direction, while the drop happened in the TX direction. Conditions: Nexus3500 Running 6.0 or lower.
