Cisco Bug: CSCuj20222 - Default Line Mask keeps being set after Modifying Phone

Symptom:
Details:
When modifying a Phone the "Use Default value" option for Line Mask is
unchecked and a custom Mask is entered, when the Phone is modified the default
mask is being sent to Call Manager and not the custom value. When viewing the
phone again after the modification the "Use Default value" is enabled again.


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Under Location Administration Phone Management select a Phone
2. Untick the 'Use Default value' for Line Mask and enter a custom mask eg:
12345
3. Modify the Phone
4. In the Device Log the default mask value is sent to CUCM instead of 12345
5. Select the Phone again and the 'Use Default value' will be enabled again.
