Symptom:
Details:
When adding Vociemail Notification via bulk loader sheet the transaction is
failing if there is no Display Name. In the GUI and in Self Care, Display Name
is optional. It should not be required in Bulk Load

Prerequisites:
1. End User with Voicemail account

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enter details in Add Voicemail Notification bulk load sheet
2. Leave Display Name field blank
3. Load sheet
Actual Results:  
Transaction fails - error in log file:

Notifications, row 6. Invalid or missing data in Add Voicemail Notifications
worksheet at row 7, column I (Display Name). 

Expected Results:  
Notification should be created with a default name, eg: SMS1 / Email1, Phone1
etc

Workaround Available: Yes
Workaround Steps:
1. Create Notification manually in CUCDM
2. Create Notification manually in Self Care
