Conditions:
1) Customer is having issues with guest users with the WCS environment. We have users that are showing "expired" on their accounts, however according to the advance tab it is showing the user has 20 days still before "expired". As soon as you hit "ok", the account then shows as "active" again.

For example . users that were created on 17/04 and 18/04 that expire after 60 days all expired on 16/05 and 17/05

2)User is not showing expired however when trying to login it gets denied. You hit save on the account and enter the same credentials and it works.
