Description (partial)

The first time log in, if set the Display-> Turn off the display offline contact, the Contact list display all the contact are offline in each group. if you turn on the setting, it will display correctly, and then the setting can work well. That is means, it only happens for the first time log in.

Step to reproduce:
1. User A log in webex in Android Jabber after install the new version.
2. The contact list has the offline contact and online contact.
3. Go to Setting,Display,turn off the display offline contact.
4. Check the contact list, it will display, "No online contact in this group" in each group in contact list.
In fact, there is online contact after you log in.
5. Go to Setting->display->Turn on the display offline contact.
6. Check the contact list, it will display normally. 
7. After that, disable display offline contact again, it display normally.

So this is means, it only happen, the first time log in, first change the setting of display offline contact.
