Cisco Bug: CSCuj19006 - SIP Trunk duration in CUCM resets to 0 after 23hrs

Description (partial)

Symptom:
For each SIP Trunk configured,  SIP Trunk Status shows SIP Trunk Duration (xx Day, yy Hours, zz Minutes) under Device > SIP Trunk > Find.

Under SIP Trunk Configuration > SIP Information section,  'xx Day' value is always 0; yy hours increments up to 23 after which Day never increments to 1. 

This behavior makes CUCM show inaccurate up time for SIP Trunk duration of a SIP Trunk.
