Description (partial)

the command "show web-engine memory" will ask webengine to dump memory information to the file linked to /local/local1/service_logs/webengine_start_log_latest and read the information out
to display, when the link file /local/local1/service_logs/webengine_start_log_latest's target file is removed due to high disk usage(80%+) by script log_monitor.sh, the command will fail to above
error message

Symptom:
SPCDN-DE-30#show web-engine memory
tail: cannot open `/local/local1/service_logs/webengine_start_log_latest' for reading: No such file or directory

Conditions:
After running traffic for many hours, the webengine_start_log files were deleted by log_monitor.sh because /local usage exceed 80% threshold. As a result, "show web-engine memory" can't work.
