Known Affected Releases
Symptom: Android SIP call is disconnected and "Call Disconnected" is prompted to the user. However, the resource allocation for that Android call is still displayed on UMS "Voice Resource List" tab on the server. Conditions: "service ums restart" CLI command is triggered when there are active SIP Android calls.
