Description (partial)

Symptom:
When customer uses IE 10 and sends a chat to the agent. After agent accept the chat random characters are displayed on the customer chat window. When agent replies to chat, chat never reaches the customer.

Conditions:
- Initiate chat using Internet Explorer 10 (version 10.0.8)
- Agent joins chat session.
- Chat messages on the customer side are not rendered correctly. Javascript code is dumped on the customer console.
