Description (partial)

Symptom:
Site running CIM 9.0.1 has noted that emails being sent by agents to customers are being changed from Verdana 11 to Verdana 8.5.  Customers are noticing the reply emails are hard to read.
There's no indication where this font change is taking place.


Pre-requisite create a article with font size of 11 and save it.

1. Reply back to a incoming email by adding the above created article
2. Retrieve the email in outlook.
3. Right click the email and select option view source.

Observation - The fount size is change to 8.5.

Conditions:
Fresh Install
Only happens when article is added to replying email
