Symptom:
Administrators have to open multiple files to increase the log levels for troubleshooting issue.

Conditions:
In the Admin Guide for TMS we outline the steps for increasing the log levels for each of the log files that TMS creates.  It would be nice to have a Web page in TMS where an administrator can go and change the log levels for each of the different logs.  

Preferably, each log would have a drop down menu with the options of OFF, WARN, INFO or DEBUG.  On that same page the administrator should have the ability to make a backup copy of the current log file configuration to revert back to the original configuration once the troubleshooting is completed.
