Description (partial)

Symptom:
Irregularities in the output of a720p channel on the MFP board when the video service is converted from 1080i to 720p in a regular HD transcode slot.

Conditions:
Input source is a 1080i service with 3/2 pulldown sequences which is processed on a regular HD transcode slot. In the configuration of the encoder, the output format is set to 720p meaning that 1080i to 720p downconversion is enabled.
