Description (partial)

Cisco Jabber Windows crashes when on a Video Conference call.  The crash happens when there is a change in the video picture when there is a new person talking.  This is a Homogeneous Video Conference call with the required resources on the Voice Gateway.

The following are examples of where the Crash happens:

a. Deskphone 8945 +  (jabber 9.2.1+Cisco 6921) + jabber 9.2.1(jabber 9.2.1+Cisco 6921)
b. Deskphone 8945 +  (jabber 9.2.1+CSF) + (jabber 9.2.1+CSF)
c. Deskphone 8945 +  (jabber 9.2.1+CSF) + (jabber 9.2.0+Cisco7945)

And the exact sequence for the crash:

Conference of 3 members: Jabber A, Jabber B, –°isco 8945.
1.Jabber A calls  Cisco 8945, VideoCall is OK.
2.Jabber A calls Jabber B, VideoCall is OK. VideoCall to Cisco 8945 is paused.
3.Jabber A do a conference, by click ?-><-?, videoconference is OK, Jabber A now see the owner of 8945 on the screen.
4.Jabber B begins speaking, Jabber A  should see Jabber B on your screen, but in this moment Jabber A  IS CRASHING !
