Description (partial)

Call Flow: PhoneA(PSTN) -SIP--> CUCM --> IP PhoneB --XFER--> IP PhoneC(BIB)
Call from External PhoneA PhoneB (Cisco 9951) are working fine.
PhoneB calls PhoneC to do a consult transfer, this is also working fine.
Once PhoneA and PhoneC are connected, they cannot hear each other. 
PhoneC is a Cisco 9951 (9.3.2 SR1) with Recording enabled (Build-in-Bridge on).

PSTN supports only G711Alaw and the call between phone B and phone C is established as G711uLaw.
Phone C has recording enabled.
