Description (partial)

Log in CUP, the CUCM account Display Unknown in the Account setting, and NO  username/Password in  CUCM log in page.

Found in:
Step to reproduce:
1. User A log in CUP in Android Jabber. ( 
2. After log in, check CUCM account, It display unknown in the account setting. 
3. If the username/password is empty, it should display empty in the account setting instead of Unknown.

expect result:
If the username/password is empty, it should display empty 

actual result:
It display Unknown in account of navigation bar.
Log in the username and password, it will display the call number of cucm account, but if you log out and log in again, the account will display unknown.
