Description (partial)

Symptom:
A customer can reboot the UCS at any time from the CLI. Many customers do not take proper precautions before a reboot in the event of a failure. Once such precaution that should always be taken, but usually is skipped, is to take a backup before a reboot, in case the configuration is lost.

Conditions:
Maintenance window or any other time a user wishes to reboot an FI
