Description (partial)

Symptom:
Adding PE-AGG device to ring should negate destination interface config

Conditions:
1) Create Evc-vpls policy
2) Create ring using two UPE and two NPE 
For eg: say gig 2/0/10 provided as destination interface for primary NPE before adding PE-AGG
3) Deploy the SR deployment successful
4) Edit the SR and add one UPE or PE-AGG device to existing ring and provide different interface to primary NPE while saving the ring
For eg: Now change gig 2/0/10 to 2/0/11 as destination interface for primary NPE while adding PE-AGG
5) Deploy the SR prime should generate negate configs for interface 2/0/10
