Description (partial)

ISM data traffic gets stalled and complete traffic drop at ISM. This issue will be seen with ISM install kit versions 4.3.1, 4.3.2 and 5.1.0.

When the incoming fragmented traffic hits a condition that drops the packet, a buffer leak is triggered, which over a period of time eclipses the buffer limit. As a result the Niantic port buffers are depleted resulting in traffic drop.
