Description (partial)

Symptom:
Delay request messages may not be sent by ASR901 router configured as PTP slave.

Conditions:
Two PTP clock sources (masters) are configured on the slave, both are unconfigured and one is reconfigured and then reachability to the clock source is sporadic due to many flaps on the core.
