Symptom:
CAD always on top feature stops working if supervisor send team message

Conditions:
UCCX 9.X

1)Set the CAD preference to Always on Top.(if you set this option CAD will always be on Top of other application 
2)from CSD send team message View-->message 
3)Message will POP up on CAD but will lose its feature to remain on Top of other application .
