Description (partial)

Symptom:
Customer has a setup where there are two voice gateways functioning as CUBE such that both the gateway's have a SIP trunk to ITSP ( this is a non HA setup ; disparate IP addresses ) . ITSP sends OOD OPTIONS to the CUBE that it considers priority 1 , if there is failure to respond to the OPTIONS the ITSP assumes the device is down and re-routes SIP traffic to the gateway ( CUBE ) designated as priority 2.

Requirement :

voice-specific config on CUBE to disallow the CUBE to respond to the OPTIONS message.

++ CUBE receiving Out of Dialogue SIP OPTIONS
++ Any version of CUBE IOS
