Description (partial)

Symptom:
A 7510 or 8510 Wireless LAN Controller may crash with a crashfile similar to the following:

Task Name:	reaperWatcher
User Crash: 	The system has encountered a fatal condition at osapi_task.c:4628

Analysis of Failure:

  Software was stopped by the reaper for the following reason:
     Reaper Reset: Task "sshpmMainTask" missed software watchdog

Conditions:
WLC's BIOS has hyperthreading enabled.

How to verify if HT is enabled:
1.	Execute the "show cpu" command.
2.	If HT is disabled, the output should show only 8 values as follows
(Cisco Controller) >show cpu
